We are growing and need YOUR help!
We were called by faith to create Divine Mercy Health Center as an innovative health care solution to serve those most in need. Marginalized and vulnerable populations face numerous barriers such as poverty, hunger, lack of transportation, and limited access to health care. The DMHC medical missions help identify these barriers and then integrate vulnerable populations into existing services throughout the community.
A Primary Care Clinic designed specifically for the most vulnerable is needed to fill the gap and construction is under way! A DMHC Clinic along with our continued medical mission model and care coordination program will help overcome these barriers and allow each patient to achieve their best physical, mental, and spiritual health.
